WebWarden (“WebWarden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a WordPress security monitoring dashboard for agencies, freelance developers, hosting resellers, and web teams who manage multiple WordPress sites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account Information When you create a WebWarden account, we collect your name, email address, and any billing details needed to process your subscription.
Site And Security Event Data Once you install the WebWarden Connector plugin on a WordPress site, that site streams security related data to our dashboard, including login activity, user account changes, plugin and theme activity, file changes, and other event data needed to monitor the site.
Payment Information Subscription payments are processed by Freemius. WebWarden does not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
Communications If you contact our support team through a ticket or live chat, we collect the content of that conversation to respond to your request and keep a record for quality and continuity.
Usage Data We automatically collect information about how you use the dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and general device and browser information, to help us improve the product.
Scheduling Data (Calendly) When you book a demo or call through our website, we use Calendly to manage scheduling. Calendly may collect your name, email address, and time zone, and may place cookies on your device as part of that scheduling process, even where our own cookie banner does not separately request consent for it. Calendly’s use of your information is governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy, available at https://calendly.com/privacy.

WebWarden works together with a small number of third party services to deliver its features:
Sucuri — used to run an independent malware, blacklist, and outdated software check when you request a Sucuri scan on a connected site.
Slack — if you connect a Slack webhook, critical alerts from your connected sites are sent to the Slack channel you configure.
Calendly — used to schedule demo calls, as described above.
Freemius — used to securely process subscription payments.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data, and we encourage you to review them.
WebWarden uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the dashboard is used. Some of these cookies are placed by third party services embedded on our site, including Calendly, as noted above. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the site or the scheduling widget function.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the third party services described in this policy, with your explicit permission, or where required by law.
We retain account information and security event data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypting sensitive credentials at rest and validating outbound requests made by the dashboard. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WebWarden is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen.
